Kenneth Lee Photography is committed to delivering the best possible experience for our clients. Please note that our crew incurs opportunity costs by reserving their time exclusively for your shoot, which includes their investment in both time and physical preparations instead of taking on other clients or jobs.

If you are unable to attend a pre-booked shooting session due to reasonable emergency, please send an email to us as soon as possible. We require 30 working-days cancellation notice prior to your pre-booked shooting date, otherwise no refund will be provided. All refund will be made provided in the form of credit with deducting the following items, including (but not limited to)

• HKD 2000 - Standby fee for Photography Crew (per shooting day, per person)

• HKD 1500 - Standby fee for Makeup Artist (per shooting day, per person), if any

• HKD 2500 - Standby fee for 7-seater and Local Driver (per shooting day), if any

• Studio / Venue Rental Fee, if any

• Any pre-booked 3rd party services, if any

For Overseas shooting sessions, client will also be responsible for the fee of all the pre-paid items for our crew, including (but not limited to)

• Air / Sea / Land Transportation Fee

• Hotel Fee

• Overseas Driver Booking Fee

• Passport / Visa Charge Fee (If applicable)
